Of course this power will only be used when permission is given by the character's player. So this is an opt-in for Peter knowing your character's secret. It may be something minor or something huge; something funny or embarrassing or something terrible. Totally up to you!

Can that secret be revealed publicly (regular network comments) or kept between them (private comments or face to face meetings)

Secret that Peter can know: David has been having nightmares lately! He doesn't know it, but this is a sign he's got a fragment of Calamity with him. (Calamity = the source of superpowers in his world, which also drives super-powered people crazy.)
Can that secret be revealed publicly: Yep! Public is A-OK.
